<description>Typical spy action film - lots of gratuitous violence. Steve Railsback does his usual good job - here he is a washed up CIA agent who has been relegated to the boondocks and is hitting the bottle. When a US senator is almost assassinated on his watch he pulls himself together and gets the bad guys in the end. Good supporting cast. Railsback&#039;s portrayal of a guy on the skids was powerful stuff - his drunk scene is worth the price of the film. The ... ain&#039;t bad either.
